GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Booking
A deposit of at least 25% of the total rental cost must be paid with all confirmed bookings, with the balance to be paid on arrival.
Bookings will be considered final once we have issued confirmation.
 
Cancellations
You must inform us of any cancellation by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, sent to the following address:

Refunds
Refunds will depend on the cancellation date (date on which the registered letter was first delivered to us).
Deposits are not refundable in any circumstances.

- Cancellation over 15 days before the start of your stay:
70% of the remaining cost of your stay will be refunded, minus the deposit

 - Cancellation between 14 and 8 days before the start of your stay:
50% of the remaining cost of your stay will be refunded, minus the deposit

- Cancellation between 7 and 2 days before the start of your stay:
25% of the remaining cost of your stay will be refunded, minus the deposit

- Cancellation 1 day before the start of your stay, or failure to arrive:
No refund will be made.

Changing your booking
Your booking dates may not be changed or modified within 30 days of the scheduled start of your stay.
Before this final 30-day period, date changes may be accepted on a case-by-case basis, depending on availability. If the new dates come within the same calendar year, pricing conditions will not be affected.
All modifications will be deemed final, and no subsequent modification will be accepted.

RATES:
The rental rates listed are valid for the current calendar year. The rate stated on the booking confirmation form is contractual.
The rates listed on this website include accommodation and equipment, all taxes and water, electricity and heating charges, occupancy tax, bed linen (beds will be made up ready for your arrival), bathroom linen, and free access to all leisure facilities. The end-of-stay cleaning will automatically be added to the rental cost for all stays of over one night.
A separate bond cheque must be provided when you collect the keys.

Means of payment
You may pay for your stay by bank transfer, cheque made out to Dominique Nygren, or cash (euros only), or using holiday vouchers.

Bond
You will be asked to provide a bond of €180 per caravan when you arrive (cheque or cash). This bond will be returned when you check out. The cost of repairing any damage will be deducted from this bond.
Insurance
All guests are required to have valid comprehensive insurance that covers any damage that may be caused.
 
CHECKING IN AND OUT:
You may check in any time from 4pm. When checking out, you must return your keys by 11am.
In order to avoid being charged for any potential damage, you are asked to inform us of any anomalies noted on your arrival.

Early check-out
No refunds will be made if you leave early or curtail your stay.

Final inventory
We shall inventory the caravan when you check out, and return your bond if no problems are noted. In the event that any damage was caused during your stay (breakage, deterioration, excessive dirtiness, etc.), we shall ask you to pay for the repair or rectification of this problem before we return your bond. If you fail to pay for and damage caused, we reserve the right to retain your bond. If the damage noted exceeds the amount of your bond, you must file a claim with your insurance company.

Cleanliness
We make every effort to offer clean accommodation to all our guests.
Please inform us immediately if you note any oversight in this domain, and we shall redress the situation.
Cleanliness issues shall only be addressed if they are reported on the day of your arrival.

Lost property
When you leave, please check your caravan and all communal areas to make sure that you have left nothing behind. Except for perishable foodstuffs, we will return any items left behind, provided that they are claimed within one month of your departure, and in return for payment of all associated postage costs.
 
DURING YOUR STAY
Pets
Unfortunately, we cannot accept pets at Au Bonheur Bressan.

Vehicles
Car parking facilities are available at the entrance to the site.

Environment
We ask all our guests to sort their waste for recycling (bins provided by the car parking area).
Cigarette butts must not be thrown on the floor.

On-site activities
Children must be supervised by their parents when using the on-site facilities (play area, grounds, etc.), and remain entirely under their responsibility.
The owners of Au Bonheur Bressan may in no way be deemed liable for any accident.

Complaints
We hope that you will enjoy your stay, and ask you to inform us of any problems you may have.

Miscellaneous
In the event of a force majeure (natural disaster, etc.) that prevents the owners of Au Bonheur Bressan from meeting their obligations to you, the entire cost of your stay will be refunded, but you may not claim any additional compensation or damages.
